What you’ll be doing The Manager, Scheduling & Booking Strategy will oversee the calendar for Nissan Stadium and the overall campus. This individual will own all scheduling activities, helping develop and execute a calendar strategy that balances all business and venue needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be a strategic thinker, and excel at building both internal and external relationships.   Key Responsibilities: Manage the Nissan Stadium calendar, ensuring that the schedule is accurate and updated as needed Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar strategy that balances Titans business needs, major events, special event revenue opportunities, maintenance requirements, and community uses Evaluate schedule requests and calendar conflicts, providing recommendations that optimize venue utilization, operational efficiency, and revenue potential Manage hold priorities and release timelines to ensure efficient use of stadium and campus inventory Act as the main point of contact for Programming & Booking team on placing calendar holds for major events, event bids, and Plaza activations Partner with internal departments on booking internal Titans events, including but not limited to community, ticketing, premium, and entertainment Collaborate with Special Events and Stadium Tours departments on available dates and spaces for revenue generating opportunities, ensuring that the building calendar is responsibly booked to its maximum potential Ensure that maintenance projects and construction work are accurately notated on the schedule, and any impacts to events are promptly communicated Act as the Momentus Elite administrator, helping the Titans leverage the system’s abilities and ensuring that permission, roles, and views are properly managed and reflected Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to venue utilization, event activity, hold status, campus occupancy, maintenance windows, and scheduling forecasts Meet periodically with internal departments on event preparation and the impact on the calendar, including maintenance, grounds, and event presentation Interface with city partners on events and space usages, including Nissan Stadium parking lots Support with equipment inventory management and oversight, ensuring that accurate counts are reflected in Momentus Elite Distribute stadium events calendar to internal departments, Titans leadership, vendors, and city partners Lead weekly stadium meetings, including internal departments and vendors Serve as a trusted partner to venue leadership, providing scheduling recommendations and strategic guidance related to event planning and campus operations Analyze calendar trends and usage patterns to identify opportunities for operational improvements and revenue generation Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Perform other duties as assigned   What you’ll bring Required: 3+ years of progressive experience in venue programming, event sales and booking, stadium operations, event planning, or project management Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Sports Management, or a related field Demonstrated ability to establish successful relationships, work cross-functionally, and connect daily work to broader business goals and long-term vision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to think strategically with the organization’s goals and needs at top of mind   Preferred: Experience with venue management software such as Momentus Elite, Ungerboeck, VenueOps, or similar scheduling platforms Ability to multi-task and coordinate large projects simultaneously, ensuring that internal and external relationships are positively maintained throughout Ability to work in fast-changing environments with an approach to problem solving that is both open-minded and collaborative   Core Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Builds a calendar strategy that balances Titans business, major events, revenue, maintenance, and community use. Communication: Sends the stadium calendar to leadership, vendors, and city partners, leads weekly stadium meetings, and flags maintenance impacts quickly. Collaboration: Works well cross-departmentally and with external city partners. Problem Solving: Reviews schedule requests, sets calendar conflicts, and recommends how to get the most out of the venue are core duties. Accountability: Owns the calendar of record and serves as the Momentus Elite administrator. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with urgent requests and changing priorities. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Work Environment: Office/Stadium Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds Schedule: Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the event schedule
