→Minimum of five years' experience advising high-net-worth clients.

→Significant experience within a Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environment.

→Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.

→A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.

→Excellent communication, relationship management and commercial skills.

Experience advising internationally mobile or expatriate clients.

Specialist qualifications in areas such as pensions, trusts, estate planning or international tax.

Degree-level education.
