RF Engineer

• →Own module design/selection and second-sourcing decisions across platforms.
• →Antenna design/tuning in difficult RF environments.
• →Drive carrier certification and network approvals globally.
• →Debug field connectivity issues.
• →Optimize module power consumption to meet battery life targets.
• →Partner with other teams throughout development to ensure performance and quality.
• →Work directly with vendors and our CMs on test coverage and production yield.

• 8+ years in cellular device engineering, with hands-on work at both the RF and module layers.
• Shipped at least one cellular product through full carrier certification.
• Strong antenna and RF fundamentals.
• Fluency with cellular technology and landscape LTE-M/NB-loT/Cat-1.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems on a small team.

• Global deployment experience across fragmented band and roaming environments.
• Battery-powered, duty-cycled device design.
• Experience working with an offshore CM.
