Responsibilities:

  • Perform key operator responsibilities which include: inventorying paper, delivering paper, performing copier sweeps, inventorying toner, delivering toner, adding toner, and placing service calls.
  • Process outgoing USPS mail by staging and metering it 1st Class Mail or Pre-sort based on USPS regulations and requirements. Obtain a signature on accountable mail.
  • Ship outbound accountable packages using approved TMG/Grainger tools/processes.
  • Processing Invoices for Puerto Rico Grainger office.
  • Scan interoffice mail received via FedEx to the appropriate team members.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 Mail services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
  • 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel,).
  • Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
