Toast is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Revenue Systems to serve as the product owner for our end-to-end revenue ecosystem. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for helping to define the strategy, roadmap, and technical boundaries for the platforms and processes that support payments reconciliation, revenue recognition, and close readiness.

You will partner across Finance, Business, Product, and Engineering to design scalable, auditable, and flexible solutions that support Toast’s evolving business model. You will work backward from customer, financial, and operational outcomes to ensure our revenue systems are accurate, resilient, and ready to support new products, entities, and pricing models.

This person will bring deep expertise in revenue operations and accounting systems, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product strategy and execution plans. You will play a critical role in shaping the systems, controls, and data flows that power compliant revenue reporting, operational efficiency, and long-term scale.

  • Improve the accuracy, auditability, and resilience of revenue data and system workflows across upstream and downstream platforms.
  • Influence architecture and prioritization decisions with senior leaders, articulating tradeoffs, business value, and long-term platform strategy to executive stakeholders.
