People Business Partner - US

The People Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to designated business units across the organisation, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role provides comprehensive HR guidance to support effective leadership and team performance.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this role will oversee HR support across the US (including New York, Los Angeles, Florida and Miami), while being based in our London office. Working hours are aligned to Eastern Standard Time (11:00am–7:30pm GMT/BST, with flexibility), ensuring strong day-to-day collaboration with US teams. The role requires 3 days per week in the London office, with quarterly travel to the US. The position operates in a multi-site, highly collaborative environment, working across agencies and functions.
