Senior Social Media Strategist

• →Day-to-day social account management and leadership across various client brands Ongoing collaboration with in-house creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analysts to produce and execute best-in-class social media campaigns 
• →Oversee execution of omnichannel social campaigns from creative concept through deployment, optimization, and performance analysis 
• →Drive advanced, on-trend social strategy and create social brand playbooks across various clients 
• →Lead and present monthly/quarterly social performance analysis and reports to agency leadership and clients 
• →Manage and mentor a team of social media managers and strategists Continuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundaries and evolve our thinking across the agency 
• →Ongoing and obsessive social listening 
• →Work at the speed of social -fast! Which means more opportunities to make exceptional and impactful content

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools 
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under pressure 
• Desire to build and foster engaged communities and create award-winning social-first work with a team of highly motivated creatives and strategists
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and leading a team, giving feedback, setting goals, and fostering a positive team culture 
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
• Strong attention-to-detail and ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces 
• Public speaking and presentation skills to ensure ideas are presented effectively and coherently 
• Passion for current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices  Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• A solution-oriented mindset, and an attitude of positivity, adaptability, curiosity, and exploration
