Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

Salary $600-$900

Job Responsibilities:

Execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels to support product launches and brand awareness.
Ensure all marketing collateral, messaging, and activities align with the brand's identity and high-quality standards.
Assist in planning and managing the monthly/annual marketing budget.
Research and analyze the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer.
Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance.
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of plans.
Other Assignments from management

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior specialist role, ideally within the F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record of successfully executing brand marketing campaigns
Resourceful and adaptable to rapid market changes or shifting corporate priorities.
