Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

• →Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility 
• →Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams 
• →Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations 
• →Maintain survey readiness and operational standards 
• →Support census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives 
• →Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metrics 
• →Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork 
• →Partner closely with regional leadership and clinical teams 
• →Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessary 
• →Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility staff 
• →Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and customer service are consistently maintained 

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license within the applicable state 
• Previous leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care settings 
• Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge 
• Experience managing staff, budgets, and facility performance 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to thrive within fast-paced operational environments 
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standards 
• Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills 

Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
