In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Illinois Bar
• 5–10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Must be located in or near the State of Illinois
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Illinois laws, regulations, and procedures
• Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed

• Active admission to one or more Illinois Federal Court districts
• Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving systems
• Background in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizations
