Senior GTM Engineer - Hubspot

At TRACTIAN the GTM Engineering team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience.

 

As a Senior GTM Engineer - Hubspot at Tractian, you will own and optimize our CRM infrastructure, ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate efficiently. You will be responsible for data integrity, automation workflows, reporting, and integrations to streamline processes and maximize GTM effectiveness. Your role will focus on building scalable and automated workflows, enhancing lead management strategies, and providing insights through HubSpot’s reporting tools. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that Tractian’s HubSpot infrastructure is aligned with business objectives and drives data-driven decision-making.

→4+ years of prior experience in Hubspot CRM management.

→Technical knowledge of HubSpot’s API and experience programming custom integrations and workflows using it

→Experience setting up and using webhooks to trigger external actions based on HubSpot events.

→Familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management

→Effective communication skills to interact with different teams.

→Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies clearly and analyze relevant data and metrics.

→Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool, optimizing workflows.
