Company Description

Tradeweb is a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes. As financial markets become increasingly interconnected, our technology enables efficient, multi-asset trading on a global scale. We serve more than 3,000 clients in more than 85 countries, including many of the world’s largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, corporations, and wealth managers.

Creative collaboration and sharp client focus have helped fuel our organic growth. We facilitated average daily trading volume (ADV) of more than $2.8 trillion over the past four fiscal quarters, topping $3.3 trillion in ADV for the first quarter of 2026.

Since our IPO in 2019, Tradeweb has completed four acquisitions and doubled our revenues – and 2025 was our 26th consecutive year of record revenues.

Tradeweb plays a central role in modernizing market structure by developing innovative trading protocols, embedding analytics into execution, and building technology infrastructure that supports the convergence of traditional and digitally native financial markets. Tradeweb is a great place to work, recognized in 2025 by Forbes as one of America’s Best Companies and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Financial Services Companies to Work For.

As a technology-driven organization, we value individuals who embrace innovation and are eager to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and deliver better outcomes for clients and colleagues. We believe the greatest impact comes from combining technological capabilities with human expertise, judgment, and accountability

Group Details

The Investor Relations team serves as a strategic bridge between Tradeweb and the investment community, working closely with the CEO, CFO, and broader leadership team across product, sales, finance, legal, and technology. The group is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s financial narrative through earnings, investor engagement, and capital markets activities, while also contributing to high-impact initiatives that support Tradeweb’s long-term growth and evolution.

Investor Relations AVP (Offshore)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong IR & Automation/AI Specialist to join our Global Investor Relations team. The role has two parts. The first is supporting core IR deliverables, including earnings, monthly reporting, sell-side monitoring, and peer benchmarking, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, analytical rigor, and high-quality presentation materials. The second, and growing, part is shaping and executing the team's AI agenda: bringing forward new ideas for how IR work can be done differently, working out the technical approach, and carrying them through to regular use.

Job Responsibilities

AI Initiatives & Workflow Automation

  • Partner to turn AI and automation ideas into practical tools: understand the business need and own execution from prototype through deployment and ongoing maintenance

  • Bring forward original ideas for how AI can change IR work: question which deliverables should exist at all, and propose new capabilities the team hasn't considered

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve recurring IR work, including earnings preparation, consensus analysis, competitive research, market monitoring, and internal information gathering

  • Develop tools that make IR information easier to find and use, including searchable knowledge bases and assistants that retrieve answers from approved documents, communications, and analytical systems

  • Use AI coding tools to accelerate automation development, and create reusable workflows, prompts, and documentation so tools can be maintained and used by the broader team

Core IR Support

  • Support the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including drafting updates, compiling financial and operating data, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across disclosures

  • Support development of the earnings call script and Q&A preparation, including anticipating analyst and investor questions, drafting and updating Q&A responses, and compiling supporting data and briefing materials for management

  • Maintain core IR datasets, including ADV, revenue, client metrics, market structure data, and peer benchmarks

  • Support the build of certified metric definitions with clear ownership and a single source of truth

  • Build and maintain earnings decks, investor presentations, and internal briefing materials to house standards

  • Partner closely with onshore Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, data accuracy, and deliverables

Qualifications

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and implement AI-enabled tools or workflow automations, translate business needs into technical solutions, and explain technical choices to nontechnical colleagues

  • A track record of identifying AI use cases on your own initiative and getting them adopted, with a point of view on where AI is heading and how that should change the way finance and IR teams operate

  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) used to build real workflows.

  • Experience using LLMs beyond chat: structured prompting, reusable workflows, or integrations with data sources

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape data into a compelling narrative and draft clear, concise earnings scripts, Q&A responses, and briefing materials suitable for senior management and the investment community

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong accuracy with large datasets

What Sets This Role Apart

This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, sales, finance, communication, and technology. The successful candidate will not only contribute to core investor relations deliverables but also help shape how modern tools, particularly AI, can enhance the function’s efficiency and impact.
