Executive - Procurement (With Legal Expertise)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with a strong background or knowledge in Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with a dual skill set in procurement and legal affairs to make a significant impact on our operations. The Job Includes: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to supplier performance management. Negotiate, draft, and review procurement contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for sourcing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize procurement efficiency. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost savings. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field. A legal qualification or certification in procurement law is highly desirable. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contract management, preferably with legal exposure. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with an understanding of legal contract management systems being a plus. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors, legal teams, and internal departments.
