Officer - Revenue (Counter Services)

Process multi-currency and credit card payments while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Assist guests with payment-related inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support Deliver a high standard of professional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive experience Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Requirements Fully or partially qualified in Commerce or a Customer Service–related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-office role with direct customer interaction. Excellent command of spoken English and strong interpersonal skills. Background in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with exceptional email communication skills. A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
