• Manage day to day activities of the team

• Ensure compliance with processes and controls of the team, drive the development of methods to improve processes and/or controls to ensure that these are efficient, effective and relevant

• Lead the call with internal stakeholders

• Strong presentation and training skills

• Project-specific training is a core responsibility

• Team player and helps in creating positive team environment.

• Manage changes in work scope and provide continuous guidance and regular feedback to the team members.
