- Weekly Gross Range: Average $1,130/week ($58,760/yr) with top earners pulling up to $1,285/week ($66,820/yr).
- Mileage Pay Matrix: Graduated scale starting at $0.551 CPM, scaling up to $0.6365 CPM for drivers with 10+ years of experience.
- Accessorial Pay: $20 per stop on all store drop-offs.
Work Scope:
- Geographic Territory: 9-state regional footprint covering TX, OK, NM, KS, MO, LA, AR, TN, and MS.
- Cargo Specifications: 100% customer preloaded freight; drivers use a hand pallet jack to stage pallets at the rear of the trailer (2–4 stops per load).
Time & Shift Details:
- Shift Design: 11-hour daily shifts or 70-hour clock utilization on a 24/7 dispatch rotation. Store delivery windows run 06:00 to 18:00 (Mon–Sun; Saturdays per customer demand).
- Rest Cadence: Semi-local reset schedule—home every day to every other day depending on your lane.
Candidate Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid Class A CDL.
- Experience Threshold: Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months, OR equivalent tenure rules over a 10-year span.
