We are looking for an Category Executive to help the growth of our Fashion category in the CEE region. In this role, you will identify and onboard high-potential fashion sellers, brands, and stores while managing key partnerships and driving performance. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial negotiations, optimizing key performance indicators, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.   • Identify and onboard high-potential sellers, brands, and stores in the CEE region.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms, securing favorable deals with vendors.
  • Manage the onboarding process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Lead marketing and campaign initiatives in partnership with category and marketing teams.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs, including revenue, stock levels, and P&L, to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster account engagement through regular meetings, performance reviews, and relationship-building.
  • Develop automated reporting and follow-up processes with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive background in business development or sales, with a focus on Fashion and Beauty categories, preferably within e-commerce or a tech company.
  • Strong market research and analytical proficiency to identify and evaluate potential vendors in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Passion for fashion, coupled with a strategic and analytical mindset to drive business performance.
