ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will monitor end-to-end shipment processes, especially deliveries at risk of delay, and support actions to improve on-time performance. You will set and track operational KPIs, analyze routine reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify issues and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with operations teams, follow up on ongoing projects, and share key insights. Additionally, you will monitor forecast performance and related risks, taking necessary actions to support smooth and efficient operations.
  • End-to-end tracking of shipments that cannot be delivered on time
  • Developing and implementing anti-handover processes and measuring impact
  • Setting target KPI, tracking and sharing periodically
  • Following routine reports and planning action from them, making ad-hoc analyzes
  • Participating in joint work with the operation teams, being a follower of related projects and sharing the findings
  • Studying forecast monitoring and related risks, taking necessary actions
  •  
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, etc,
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in logistics, cargo operation monitoring and actions in operation areas,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach,
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Solution oriented and proactive,
  • Able to follow the work effectivel,
  • Strong communication, and able to adapt to teamwork.
