Previous leadership experience is a plus

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time
Must be able to be forklift certified, requiring proper vision, hearing, and motor skills
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment
Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly
Must be able and willing to comply with PPE requirements at all times
Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces
Must be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces

Regular and predictable attendance
Employee will be required to work within Microsoft Office applications
Must be able to operate plant machinery (forklifts) and online systems (RFS, JDE, etc.)
Must be able to stand and/or walk for a prolonged period
Perform manual packaging tasks
Operate equipment and systems
Perform repetitive tasks
