The People Operations & Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing HR data, optimizing people systems, and improving business processes through analytics and automation. This role serves as the bridge between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Total Rewards, ensuring workforce data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

The position

The ideal candidate combines strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to map workflows, identify process improvements, and leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual work. Success in this role requires both technical capability and strong communication skills, as you'll regularly translate data into insights for stakeholders across the organization.
