Associate Transactions & Processing role involves, identifying non-financial loan triggers and assigning triggers to responsible parties for monitoring and escalating for enforcement. It identifies, monitors risk and mitigates that are listed in the underlying loan documents during various stages of a loan. The company has a fiduciary responsibility to enforce the actions related to trigger events through servicing agreement. Perform a review of documents to extract these requirements for ongoing monitoring of events. 

• Master’s degree in finance and accounting.
• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting.
• Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
• Handling workload and special projects efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Intermediate excel skills are required for this role.
