Role Description:
In this role, you will help shape a better everyday work experience at Trodo. You will lead practical projects that improve employee well-being, engagement, and workplace culture, while also supporting fair and transparent pay practices. The role combines project management, employee feedback, and pay-related work such as job evaluation, pay grading, salary ranges, and pay transparency preparation.
The focus of the role is approximately 40% well-being and employee experience projects and 60% pay-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of Trodo’s pay grading and job evaluation system
- Coordinate job evaluation processes, including role data collection, benchmark comparisons, scoring documentation, and consistency checks
- Maintain pay system documentation, including job families, grades, salary ranges, evaluation criteria, and process descriptions
- Support pay transparency readiness through structured documentation, salary range maintenance, pay equity analysis, and clear reporting
- Prepare materials and reports related to job evaluation, pay grades, salary ranges, gender pay gap analysis, well-being, engagement, and employee experience
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement results, turnover indicators, absence trends, and other people-related data to identify risks and improvement areas
- Turn data and employee feedback into practical action plans for HR, managers, and leadership
- Manage employee experience and pay system projects from planning to implementation, including timelines, owners, communication, tracking, and outcome evaluation
- Develop and implement employee experience initiatives related to well-being, engagement, recognition, and workplace culture
- Coordinate employee surveys, pulse checks, feedback collection, analysis, communication, and follow-up actions
- Work closely with HR, Finance, managers, and leadership to ensure that people-related systems are practical, fair, and aligned with company needs
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, summaries, and recommendations for internal decision-making
Requirements:
- Practical experience with HR analytics, compensation data, job evaluation, pay grading, or similar structured people systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to work with employee data, survey results, salary data, and structured reports
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver practical results
- Good understanding of employee engagement, well-being, workplace culture, and employee experience
- Ability to turn data, feedback, and business needs into clear conclusions, actions, and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive topics clearly and practically
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with involved parties
- Very good Latvian and English language skills, as the role works in an international environment with Trodo group companies in Latvia, Poland, and Sweden
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools, Confluence, Jira, BambooHR, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage
