Trovata is the first new platform to manage corporate cash and liquidity in nearly 30 years. We’re replacing legacy bank portals and outdated treasury management systems (TMS). Trovata is built on a “trove of data” foundation with workflow automation using AI and stablecoins.

The company was founded by a longtime Controller-CFO with a vision for a better way and engineered by an experienced team from Capital One. We’re fortunate to be financially backed by a syndicate of banks, including J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, and Capital One.

Consultants and Senior Consultants lead client engagements end-to-end — gathering requirements, designing the solution, and delivering implementation or advisory work. This role works to enable delivery partners as well as in house implementation.

Compensation: Base Salary $120,000 - $170,000 + equity

Reports to: Head of Professional Services

• →Lead client engagements as the primary point of contact for configuration and implementation work
• →Gather and document business and technical requirements directly from client stakeholders
• →Design and configure solutions on the Trovata platform, translating requirements into working system setups
• →Deliver implementation projects and/or ongoing advisory engagements (process optimization, platform expansion, treasury best practices)
• →Manage day-to-day workstream execution: timelines, testing, client communication, and issue resolution
• →Identify risks and scope changes and escalate to the Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect
• →Support Delivery partners with active implementations
• →Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, and configuration patterns back to the practice

• 4-8 years in software implementation, treasury/finance consulting, or a related client-facing technical role
• Proven ability to run client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations independently
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance workflows
• Experience translating business requirements into technical configuration or process design
• Project management fundamentals (scoping, timelines, status reporting)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
