We're seeking an exceptional Tax Associate to join our specialized cross-border tax practice. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated tax professional who is passionate about

What You'll Bring 

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 

• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships, prepare correspondence, and communicate with tax authorities as required-
  addressing tax inquiries and audits effectively. 

• Strong understanding of tax compliance, with proven ability to conduct tax research and analyze a wide range of tax issues to support client engagements. 

• Ongoing commitment to growing knowledge to build a long-term career in tax. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.   

• Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  required. Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, TaxPrep, or similar tax software is considered an asset. 

• A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset, capable of managing competing priorities and deliver
  exceptional results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions efficiently.
