As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be a member of the Swedish People Team and a key player in making sure that Truecaller attracts, retains, and develops team members and teams that enable us to continue our growth journey. In this role, you will report to the CHRO and primarily support our teams in Sweden. In addition, we have a few leaders and team members from other countries who will need your support. To some extent, you might also be involved in global projects and processes.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Be the go-to person in people-related matters for the teams you support
- →Be our expert in labor law
- →Be a strategic partner to leaders and constantly challenge them regarding: Team development: Coach leaders in having feedback conversations, setting up individual development plans, promotions, etc.
- →Team growth: Analyze and plan the team's growth, supervise succession plans, and work proactively to identify roles that will be needed, and thus have a close dialogue with the TA Team
- →L&D: Identify training needs in the organisation and collaborate on executing L&D initiatives together with the L&D Team
- →Drive people initiatives/projects, help roll out and follow up on initiatives, and measure progress
- →Systematically drive work environment processes and make sure Truecaller is compliant and best in class
- →Constantly iterate guidelines and policies, and make sure they are up to date as the organization and business scale and develop
- →Participate in onboarding sessions and hold exit talks
- → Compensation & benefits – Be responsible for conducting the annual salary review and annual salary mapping
- 7+ years of work experience as a People Partner
- A degree in HR or similar
- Deep knowledge of Swedish labor laws
- Knowledge about how to work with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Track record of being a doer, having delivered People initiatives and change activities successfully, independently or in collaboration
- Great communication skills, fluent in Swedish, and strong in English, both in speaking and writing
- Excellent people skills, you can communicate well with stakeholders, being assertive and to the point
- You strive to always improve, ask for, and give constructive feedback
- Ability to be structured and efficient with attention to detail
- Dedicated to being creative and process-driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- A curious and open growth mindset - striving to develop and learn by trying
- Finally, but not unimportant, you bring a good sense of humour!
