Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

• →Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day project execution
• →Assist with estimating, takeoffs, bid coordination, and subcontractor outreach
• →Manage smaller projects independently from kickoff through closeout
• →Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal stakeholders
• →Track costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• →Maintain accurate project records in Procore
• →Attend project meetings and visit job sites as needed
• →Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• 2-5+ years of commercial construction experience as an APM, Project Engineer, or similar
• Exposure to both project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills
• Self-starter mindset and comfort working on a smaller, team-oriented staff

• Experience with a commercial general contractor
• Procore experience
• Project experience in the $500K-$5M range
• Background with ground-up, renovation, institutional, public-sector, or commercial work
• Interest in growing into a Project Manager position
