Estimating Manager

• →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of construction estimators across multiple operating locations
• →Oversee project estimates, quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and proposal submissions
• →Establish and maintain consistent estimating standards, processes, and best practices
• →Review bids for accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with public agency requirements
• →Partner with operations, project management, procurement, and executive leadership teams
• →Track estimating performance, bid results, margins, and key business metrics
• →Identify opportunities to improve estimating workflows, systems, and reporting
• →Support integration efforts as the organization continues to grow through acquisition
• →Help drive operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term scalability across the region
• →Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing strategy, risk evaluation, and bid execution

• 7+ years of construction estimating experience
• Prior leadership experience managing estimators or estimating teams
• Experience estimating transportation, infrastructure, public works, DOT, or heavy civil projects
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding, public procurement, and bid preparation processes
• Experience implementing or improving estimating procedures and operational workflows
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with roadway safety, highway infrastructure, guardrail, fencing, or traffic systems
• Heavy civil, site development, or transportation construction estimating experience
• Background supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-location operations
• Strong business acumen with experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
• MBA or formal leadership training
