The role:
As a Sr. Website Developer & Administrator within the Business Systems & Operations team, you will serve as the technical backbone for our Global websites, primarily focused on Help Center and the Customer Support Ecosystem. You are a strategic partner who bridges the gap between Support, Product, and Marketing to build high-impact digital assets that empower customers, improve self-service, and drive operational efficiency.
Strategic Development & Configuration: Develop and maintain customized pages, plugins, and templates. You provide a strategic lens to every build, ensuring business needs are fully understood and the underlying code is scalable and aligned with global best practices.
Systems Integration & Architecture: Own the technical integration between the website, our support tech stack, and analytics platforms. You architect the "connective tissue" that ensures a seamless data flow between the front-end experience and back-end support tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic liason between Support Operations, UX, Marketing, and technical teams. You excel at translating complex technical requirements and constraints for non-technical stakeholders, negotiating project scope to balance business needs with project timelines. You collaborate with technical resources to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Intelligent Prioritization: Manage a high-volume backlog of requests. You are responsible for understanding the business impact of various tasks so work can be prioritized based on ROI, resource availability, and strategic urgency.
Performance Optimization & A/B Testing: Support the optimization of website performance and effectiveness, including the design and deployment of A/B tests. Analyze results to recommend site enhancements that drive effectiveness and improve UX.
Release Management & QA: Own the version control and management of releases or enhancements. You lead rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure functionality works flawlessly across the entire end-to-end customer journey.
Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor key performance metrics to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, or technical issues, rectifying them proactively before they impact the customer experience.
Proven ability to think long-term about website experiences, scalability, and the holistic customer journey.
Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing competing demands, balancing technical feasibility with user needs.
Solid experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JS). Deep familiarity with CSS Grid, UI layouts, and debugging tools.
Experience working with Webflow, Figma, and Google Analytics.
Experience with MixPanel, Zapier, and Salesforce is highly valued.
