Accounts Payable / Account Manager

This is a full-time remote position with TrustNimbl. We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable professional to work remotely while supporting day-to-day accounts payable and accounting operations, including monthly and year-end close activities. This role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to maintain accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and support efficient accounting processes.

• →Support day-to-day accounts payable and core accounting functions

• →Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries

• →Assist with monthly close and reporting activities

• →Research and resolve accounting and payment discrepancies

• →Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• →Collaborate with internal departments and leadership

• →Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects as needed

• →Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–5 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities

• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
