Responsibilities

→Assist the program director with program preparation.
→Prepare materials and equipment needed for daily activities.
→Serve meals and supervise the children during meal periods.
→Oversee specified age group and the daily activities each day.
→Lead and participate in all facets of the program: recreation, snack, craft, pool, fieldtrips, etc.
→Enforces and adheres to the facility policies of no swearing, no alcoholic drinking, no drug use and no violence.
→Follow progressive disciplinary procedures when needed.
→Document and report accidents using the EER process.
→End of day cleaning, organizing as needed.
→Driving is an essential role of the position.
→All other duties as assigned.
