Response Officers in Detroit, Michigan

Titan Security is hiring Response Officers to work at various locations in the Detroit, Michigan area.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform concierge and patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets.
• Conduct access control and gate entry operations at warehouse locations, verifying credentials and logging over-the-road drivers.
• Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
• Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols.
• Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.
