Responsibilities

→3rd shift front lobby / concierge support.
→Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
→Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
→Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
→Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
→Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
→Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
→Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
