Licensed Practical Nurse

Tennessee State Veterans’ Home (TSVH) – Clarksville is a fast-paced, high-quality long-term care facility proudly serving our nation’s veterans. Our facility ranks in the top 3% nationally according to CMS and is recognized as a leader in nursing home care. We are seeking dedicated LPNs for all shifts.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct resident care in accordance with physician orders, established policies, and standards of practice. The LPN works closely with RN Supervisors, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. This role includes leadership responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Tennessee

• Previous long-term care experience preferred (1–3 years); new graduates will be considered
