We are investing heavily in automation, data, AI, and operational excellence, and we are looking for a Data & Integration Engineer to help drive that journey.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, integrations, automation, and modern cloud technologies.
As our Data & Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between core business systems, improving data quality, automating processes, and developing reporting solutions that support business decision-making.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering practical business outcomes through robust engineering and automation rather than pure strategy or consultancy work.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, build, and maintain API integrations between business systems.
- → Create reliable automated workflows and synchronization processes.
- → Develop monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation processes to ensure integrations remain operational.
- → Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems.
- → Support the development of a centralised data warehouse and reporting environment.
- → Build dashboards and reports that enable better business decisions.
- → Automate recurring operational and finance processes.
- → Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- → Build AI-assisted workflows where they provide measurable business value.
- → Produce clear technical documentation and maintain supportable solutions
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience building and supporting API integrations in production environments.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and Webhooks.
- Experience managing two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.
- Experience working with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot real-world integration challenges and API limitations.
- Strong SQL skills including queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
- Demonstrated experience automating business processes from end to end.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly within a controlled delivery process.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms.
- Ability to gather reporting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of how data models support reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
- A practical and commercially focused approach to solution delivery.
