We’re hiring a hands-on Heavy Equipment Operator to support a limestone mining operation in Crawford, TX. If you can run equipment, stay production-focused, and jump in where needed, this is a solid, long-term opportunity in a high-demand industry.

💥 What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy equipment: loaders, haul trucks, dozers, water trucks, skid steers, drills
• Support crusher operations + rock breaker
• Perform pre-shift inspections and keep equipment running safely
• Handle material movement, loading, and plant cleanup
• Assist with quarry blasting operations (ATF background required)
• Track production data, weights, and daily logs
• Perform basic maintenance (grease, fluids, inspections)

⚙️ What You Bring

• Experience operating equipment in quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial environments
• Strong focus on safety + production
• Willingness to work outdoors (heat, dust, noise)
• Comfortable with physical work (50–65 lbs) and manual labor
• Team player with solid communication skills

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–3+ years experience (mining/aggregates preferred)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass ATF background check (blasting support)
