As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization, serving as the first point of contact for patients both in person and virtually. This role is vital to creating a positive patient experience and ensuring the smooth coordination of care across our practice.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or patient-facing roles.
• Prior experience in a medical office environment or with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with accurate data entry and basic cash handling procedure
