Join the team as Twilio’s next Financial Manager, EMEA GTM Finance.

We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Financial Manager to join our GTM Finance team as the primary engine for EMEA Sales. You will act as a vital business partner, translating data into strategy while leading the charge on global commissions forecasting to ensure our investments drive maximum growth.

In this role, you’ll:

• →Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.
• →Own the global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.
• →Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and GTM efficiency benchmarks.
• →Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.
• →Forge cross-functional alliances to identify margin drivers and scale cost-efficiency.
• →Execute agile scenario planning and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.
• →Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
• Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem-solving across multiple teams
• Ability to work independently and think strategically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus

This role will be remote, working with a global team, primarily with stakeholders in Europe and the United States.
