Nice to Have
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of educational experience;
- Experience in designing and implementing lesson plans to incorporate the use of Backward Design;
- Experience in teaching STEM skills to Jr. High or High School students (Grades 7-12);
- Experience in vetting business partners for the STRIVE program;
- Understanding of the Arkansas Department of Education licensure requirements.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead planning and coordination for assigned special projects from initiation through completion;
- →Assess current program needs, evaluate existing workflows, and develop comprehensive strategic plans of action to guide project execution and continuous improvement;
- →Create templates and standardized processes to support STRIVE initiatives;
- →Direct organizational and operational updates, ensuring project deliverables align with STRIVE goals;
- →Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key outcomes to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Knowledge of of STRIVE Goals;
- Can effectively use design tools to create STRIVE content;
- Can network effectively within the teachers and industry to promote STRIVE goals;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
- Ability to creatively solve problems;
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with supervisors;
- Ability to effectively work independently with minimal supervision.
