The responsibilities of the HVAC Skilled Trades Helper include performing routine maintenance, replacing parts, repairing machinery, and assisting with general maintenance of buildings and equipment.

General Responsibilities:
• The HVAC Skilled Trades Helper maintains, repairs, and trouble shoots on HVAC systems and the associated equipment.
• Under supervision, you'll change filters, clean coils, assist with installs, and check ductwork for leaks.
• Assist with other maintenance tasks when needed.
• Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in HVAC and maintenance areas.
• Ability to learn to perform manual labor under varying working conditions
• Ability to understand and follow oral instructions
