HR MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: HUMAN RESOURCE; Support recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in compliance with company policy and labor laws. Administer payroll inputs and support the preparation of monthly pay slips. Manage employee leave tracking and staff attendance records. Facilitate performance review processes and provide follow-up support. Coordinate employee welfare, health insurance, and engagement initiatives. Handle employee grievances and ensure confidential reporting procedures are respected. Handle CMA issues ADMINISTRATION; Oversee office administration issues. Requirements Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in HR and administration. Solid understanding of Tanzanian labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in handling payroll, staff welfare, and administrative processes. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks across locations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools is an added advantage.
