Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in compliance with company policy and labor laws. Administer payroll inputs and support the preparation of monthly pay slips. Manage employee leave tracking and staff attendance records. Facilitate performance review processes and provide follow-up support. Oversee the company culture. Coordinate employee welfare, health insurance, and engagement initiatives. Handle employee grievances and ensure confidential reporting procedures are respected. Handle CMA issues Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Strong attention to details. Experience range of 3-5 years. Bachelors degree in Human resources or relevant fields.
