PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: Lead full site management and execution of building construction activities. Conduct regular site supervision and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization. Implement and uphold Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) standards throughout the project lifecycle. Enforce strict Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures on site. Prepare and manage budgetary costs, regularly reporting and coordinating with the Head Office to ensure financial control. Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor to verify and monitor cost estimates, material usage, and progress valuations. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. · 7+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in building projects. · Proven track record in site-based project management and supervision.
