TRAINING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: Design & Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement comprehensive training modules covering product knowledge, mobile device technology, customer service, and sales techniques tailored to the mobile retail industry. Soft Skills Development: Conduct workshops focused on communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer relationship management to build well-rounded sales professionals. Field Coaching & Store Visits: Conduct regular in-store training and coaching sessions to observe, guide, and support sales agents in real-time scenarios. Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps through performance data, feedback, and field observations. Customize training content to address specific needs Product & Accessory Knowledge: Ensure agents stay updated with the latest in mobile devices, accessories, and tech trends; simplify complex product info into practical selling points. Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, OEM partners, and Airtel retail operations to align training objectives with business goals. Monitoring & Reporting: Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, preferably in telecom, consumer electronics, or retail. Good understanding of mobile phones, accessories, and retail selling dynamics. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire and energize learners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about talent development and sales success.
