Position Overview:

Activities Assistants at Willow Towers Assisted Living assist with providing quality daily program offerings. As a key member of the care team, you will help organize, facilitate and promote activities and programs for the residents. You will interact directly with the residents, and ensure quality care and that the social, emotional, cultural, physical and spiritual needs of the residents of Willow Towers are being met.

Some of the key requirements:

• Recent, relevant experience working with the geriatric population; prior experience working in an activities role or in an assisted living facility a plus
• Able to work Sunday-Thursday
• Will be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to residents with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writing
• Team member - with a collaborative, team-based work environment, we are looking for individuals who embrace a high level of care, compassion and teamwork
