Service Coordinator – HUD Senior Housing

We're looking for a compassionate, organized Service Coordinator to support residents in our HUD-assisted senior housing community.

In this role, you'll help residents connect with benefits, community resources, healthcare and social services, while also coordinating wellness and educational programs that support independence and quality of life.

What you'll do:

• Meet with residents and help connect them with needed services and resources
• Build relationships with healthcare, social service, and aging-service providers
• Coordinate wellness, educational, and community programs
• Maintain confidential records and assist with HUD-related requirements

What we're looking for:
A bachelor's degree in social work, human services, gerontology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are vital to this position.
