About the Role: Payroll Representative II serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients utilizing UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, fostering strong client relationships, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly Duties and Responsibilities: You'll Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide effective solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance You'll write emails and lead video meetings with clients and other remote team members. You'll use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients. About You Basic Qualifications: Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices. Strong attention to detail and forward-thinking mindset. Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information, systems, and processes efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support roles. The pay range for this position is $42,600 to $61,300. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
