The Emerald Solution Advisor serves as a senior strategic advisor and solution expert for UKG’s most complex enterprise customers. This role delivers high-value Emerald Assessment and Optimization Services, helping organizations maximize the value of their UKG HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and HR Service Delivery solutions.
With strong functional, technical, and consultative expertise, the Emerald Solution Advisor leads advisory engagements focused on operational readiness, solution optimization, process transformation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. The role partners with customer executives, HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT leaders to assess current-state environments, define a practical future state, and guide prioritized improvements.
This position combines solution architecture, business process expertise, analytics, and executive communication to help Emerald customers operate with greater confidence, efficiency, and value from their UKG investment.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in UKG HCM, UKG Pro, HR Service Delivery, Workforce Management, payroll, or equivalent enterprise HR platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise solution design, configuration, optimization, health checks, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, workforce management, service delivery models, and the related technology ecosystem.
• Ability to assess complex current-state environments, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations.
• Strong consultative communication, workshop facilitation, storytelling, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across customer executives, HR, Payroll, IT, Product, Support, Services, Customer Success, and Emerald teams.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements, work independently, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support customer workshops, executive reviews, and strategic engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience conducting maturity assessments, operational readiness reviews, process transformation, or value realization engagements.
• Experience advising C-suite, HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, or shared services leaders and presenting recommendations to executive audiences.
• UKG product certifications or relevant certifications in HR, payroll, project management, enterprise architecture, or process improvement.

The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
