Product Manager II

- Manage the technology life cycle of products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, release, and end of life - Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a platform strategy aligned with the overall business objectives - Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality, secure, scalable and reliable platform solutions that exceed customer and internal team expectations - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal product teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable platform requirements - Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team - Acts as primary point of contact and guiding a cross-functional team to ensure whole-product readiness - Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market - Practice strong release management principles, including phased rollouts, feature flags/toggles to ensure controlled, safe and reliable product delivery - Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations that align executives and cross-functional stakeholders around product direction and outcomes - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success and drive continuous improvement (adoption, reliability, performance, cost, developer productivity) - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats - A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. - 2+ years of experience with Enterprise SaaS applications. - 2+ years of experience with Product Management - Proven experience with Workforce Management and Human Capital Management products or markets. - Strong proficiency in data and analytics, including SQL. - Exceptional business acumen and internal partnership skills. - Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally. This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the office per week is required.
