We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. Working with and reporting directly to our Accounting Manager you will oversee and monitor the maintenance of supplier, accounts, invoices processing, reconciliation and day to day enquiries. You will align and streamline Accounts Payable processes across all entities.

• →Categorize accounts payable statements and invoices and verify against transactions.
• →Review, approve and process employee expenses payments.
• →Resolve payment issues and answer payment questions from company vendors.
• →Assist with month end financial reporting process.
• →Work with our internal and external key stakeholders.
• →Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within the agreed timeframe.
• →Provide support with other areas such as Accounts receivable or general ledger.

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to log and process large amounts of data.
• Ideal prior experience with NetSuite and Tipalti or similar.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven skills in analysis and interpretation of data balanced with a strong soft skills set.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
