Description You'll play a critical role in acquiring and managing high-value eCommerce merchants, offering them scalable payment solutions to expand globally. Working within a driven sales team, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, deliver tailored proposals, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new eCommerce merchants across global markets Promote Payments and IBAN solutions for cross-border trade Partner with Business Development and Marketing to create client-focused strategies Attend eCommerce and fintech expos to generate leads Keep CRM updated with sales activity and client communications Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and support Requirements 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or eCommerce Solid understanding of payment systems, FX, and merchant solutions Proven sales success and excellent client-facing skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance Fluency in English required; other languages an advantage Benefits €30,000 base salary + commission Hybrid working model Covered travel and entertainment costs A collaborative sales environment Opportunities for rapid growth within a global fintech brand Training and career development support Help eCommerce businesses scale globally — and grow your career in the process.
